North American Company Launch.

Following the acquisition of Hino Japan and North America by Toyota Japan, a complete re-launch of the company was called for in the North American Market. Ranging in scope from a total brand make-over, including revisions to an international logo, to the 3 day North American unveiling event, this project set multiple objectives with measurable bottom line results expectations.

The result: A single day's sales at the event totaled more than 1800 vehicles with revenue of over $72,000,000 [surpassing sales from the entire previous year] and the company went on to increase market share 4 fold during the 24 months that followed.
